Account Representative

We are seeking an Account Representative to work in our Avon Business office. This representative will be responsible for completing accurate billing processes and collecting self‑pay balances. Candidates must currently reside in Indiana or be willing to relocate. This position will require in‑office attendance during the initial training period, with the possible opportunity for a hybrid work schedule thereafter.

• Processes claims in a timely and accurate fashion
• Makes telephone inquiries on delinquent claims
• Interacts with consumers in a polite and respectful manner
• Ensures confidentiality of consumer records

• 2-3 years experience in computerized medical billing, coding, and collections
• Knowledge of third‑party payers, billing requirements, and reimbursement methods
• Experience with spreadsheets and word processing is preferred
