- Organize, confirm, and process guest check‑in/check‑out, adapting to changes and verifying identity
- Respond to and resolve guest requests
- Secure payments, verifying and adjusting billing as needed
- Provide guests with room and hotel information, directions, amenities, and local interests
- Run daily reports and communicate needs to the next shift’s staff
- Complete cashier and closing reports, securely counting the bank at shift end
- Accept and record wake‑up calls, delivering to the correct department
- Maintain confidentiality of all guest and proprietary information
- Report emergencies, lost items, theft, maintenance problems, accidents, and safety hazards
- Maintain contingency lists for emergencies and communicate necessary messages
- Protect company assets
- Comply with all quality assurance expectations
- Professional demeanor with a warm and welcoming personality
- Genuine caring and compassion, visibly demonstrating desire to understand others
- Create confidence and trust, communicating the right message at the right time

Physical Requirements
The role requires standing for long periods of time, reading and visually verifying information in a variety of formats (i.e., small print), and performing fine motor tasks such as grasping, turning, and manipulating objects of varying size and weight. It also involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than 25 pounds without assistance.
