Key Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in supervising all hotel departments including Front Desk, Breakfast, and Housekeeping staff
• Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to optimize operational efficiency
• Welcome guests, address complaints, provide solutions, and offer helpful information
• Support maintenance management, staffing coordination, and facility renovations
• Regularly inspect facilities to ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience is required;
  Front Desk experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills combined with a strong business mindset
• Proven decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Reliable, able to multitask and perform well under pressure
• Outstanding leadership skills with great attention to detail
• Must pass background screening to qualify
