The Floor Technician is primarily responsible for performing day‑to‑day activities of the Environmental Services Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility.

• Cleaning floors to include sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting, etc.
• Ensuring that proper safety signs are set up prior to performing floor cleaning activities.
• Cleaning carpets, including vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting.
• Cleaning walls and ceilings by washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing, etc.

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience preferred.
