Responsible for delivering high-quality perioperative nursing care in a 9-bed operating room that includes 3 robotic surgery suites. Provides direct patient care using a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, ensuring safe, efficient surgical procedures across a variety of specialties.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing patients for surgery, including assessment, documentation, and coordination of care
* Circulating during procedures, maintaining sterile field and patient safety
* Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical team members
* Managing robotic-assisted surgeries and advanced surgical equipment
* Monitoring patient status throughout procedures and ensuring smooth transitions of care
Position offers a full-time day shift schedule in a fast-paced, team-oriented surgical environment.
