License and certification requirements: IN/Compact License;
Certifications must be in hand to submit.

First time travelers:
No.

Shift requirements: 3x12 days. Call required:
No more than 40 hours of call in a 6 week period – 45 min response time.

Certification requirements: ACLS, BLS.

Skillset requirements:
Circulate (required);
Ortho/Total Joint/DaVinci/Urology required. DaVinci XI experience (GYN, GEN, URO robot cases) required.

Floating requirements:
No.

Minimum experience required: 5 years.

RTO: we can auto-approve 5 days of non-holiday RTO or less. Anything more requires facility approval. Candidate must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
