What You'll Do

* Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the care continuum.

* Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

* Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.

* Participate in patient education, mentoring, and clinical decision-making.

* Utilize evidence-based practice to promote quality, safety, and operational excellence.

* Practice in accordance with ANA Scope and Standards of Professional Nursing and the Code of Ethics for Nurses.

Qualifications

Required:

* Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN); BSN preferred.

* Active Indiana RN license or active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.

* Graduate of a nationally accredited nursing program.

* Previous critical care nursing experience.

* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).

Preferred:

* Cath Lab experience.

Candidates with more than two years of acute care experience who graduated from a non-accredited nursing program may be considered, subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).

Additional advanced life support certifications may be required based on department and specialty requirements.
