Job Description

Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International. We are looking for a Full‑Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to manage merchandising needs of our customers, build relationships, stock store shelves, and update displays. You will be an ambassador for world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines.
• Ensure sales representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years old with a valid state driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Capable of performing hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. (occasionally 50 lbs.)
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Avon, IN (or within reach of Indianapolis, IN).
• Availability:
  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Start time 7:00–8:00 am.
• Hiring bonus possible (subject to approval).

Hourly compensation ranges from $18.00–$20.00 based on experience.
