Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local firearms laws and regulations and complete required firearm compliance training;

Maintain organized, labeled, and visually appealing firearms displays and assist with merchandising and cross-training;
Engage customers to understand needs and upsell/cross-sell to increase sales and store loyalty
