General Merchandise Team Associate

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation: Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances and may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time.

Available shifts: Mid-Shift, Closing.

Location: Walmart Supercenter #2786, 9500 E US HIGHWAY 36, AVON, IN 46123, US.

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also maintain and order Hobbies & Home Improvement displays throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
