Andy Mohr Toyota is seeking an experienced Toyota Certified Automotive Technician to join our growing service team.

We are looking for a technician who can diagnose accurately, repair efficiently, and get the job done right the first time.

$28.00–$32.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

As a Toyota Certified Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles while meeting dealership and manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities include:

Perform accurate inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns

Perform engine, transmission, brake, steering, suspension, and HVAC repairs

Complete scheduled maintenance and factory-recommended services

Use OEM diagnostic equipment and service information

Interpret diagnostic trouble codes and wiring diagrams

Perform electrical testing and troubleshooting

Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications

Verify repairs through quality checks and road testing

Identify additional repair needs and communicate findings appropriately

Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation

Follow dealership safety procedures and quality standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area

Work collaboratively with Service Advisors, Parts, and management

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Experience with electrical and computerized vehicle systems

Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and technical service information

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Professional communication and customer-service mindset

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

ASE certifications

Experience with OEM scan tools and diagnostic equipment

Experience diagnosing advanced electrical and drivability concerns

Strong knowledge of modern vehicle technology

Experience working in a high-volume dealership or repair environment
