Assist the Life Enrichment Director in designing and implementing recreational and educational programs for Independent Living and Assisted Living neighborhoods;
Lead 6-7 high quality programs per day;
Coordinate with program team to plan calendars, events, and outings for the upcoming month;
Promote resident participation and measure satisfaction with programs and activities;
Assist in transporting residents to activities and appointments as needed
