This is a full-time, on-site position for a Dispatcher located in Avon, Indiana. The Dispatcher will manage daily schedules and routes, communicate with drivers, address customer inquiries, and ensure the timely and efficient coordination of transportation services. Key responsibilities include scheduling deliveries and pickups, monitoring logistics routes, maintaining records, and resolving issues that arise during operations. The Dispatcher will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

• Experience in logistics, route planning, and fleet management
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Proficiency in communication and customer service to manage client interactions and driver coordination
• Ability to use transportation software, scheduling tools, and basic computer programs
• Analytical thinking and decision-making skills to handle logistical challenges effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education in logistics or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience in dispatching or transportation coordination is preferred
