Freight Handler​/Unloader​/Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

Humano is currently seeking Freight Handlers/Unloaders for their warehouse site in Avon, IN. This is a temporary position that will end August 17, 2026, and continued employment beyond that date is not expected. The Freight Handlers will be responsible for unloading retail items weighing around 45-50 pounds and ensuring efficient handling of products. This is a full-time position available for the first shift, 4 days a week, 10‑hour shift, starting at 7 a.m. Scanner/handheld experience is preferred.

The starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with daily pay and a $200 employee referral bonus. Humano provides benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers and colleagues

• Experience in unloading, receiving, loading, and other warehouse duties
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety protocols
• Good physical condition to handle manual labor tasks; must be able to consistently lift 45‑50 pounds
• Must live locally in the Avon, IN area
