• Safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away, and ship product per established production rates and specified procedures.
• Cross‑train to work in various departments including pick, pack, receiving, shipping, and put‑away based on business and operational needs.
• Follow all company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations, including proper work attire, and report safety violations to supervisory or management personnel.
• Comply with all loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance as set by company standards.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule, including any designated shift and overtime as requested.
• Pro‑actively respond to direction from leadership, shift coordinators, management staff, and other departmental personnel.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service per company standards.

• Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or previous experience using menu‑driven applications.
• Familiarity with warehouse layout or the ability to learn it.
• Ability to operate RF terminals to receive, pick, and replenish product.
• Ability to pack product using preferred methods.
• Basic math skills and ability to match numbers.
• Ability to be cross‑trained in receiving, pick, pack, put‑away, and shipping processes.
• Understanding of other business functions as they apply to the position.
• Ability to work closely and effectively with others and promote teamwork.
• Possessing a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

• Moderate but varying temperature and humidity in office and warehouse environments.

• Must be able to stand, sit, squat, lift, and/or walk for the duration of the scheduled shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Starting base pay is $19.00–$19.00 per hour. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
