Role SummaryThe Distribution Team Lead at Radial carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. The Lead assists the Supervisor in attaining overall department goals and effectively planning and organizing workflow, promoting teamwork, training, problem solving, decision making, and performs all functions as a fulfillment associate.
Responsibilities- Plan and organize work; train associates; assign and direct work; in partnership with the Supervisor or Manager, address issues and resolve problems.
- Train associates on processes.
- Assist the Supervisor and other internal groups to meet and exceed customer requirements.
- Assist the Supervisor and other Staff to ensure compliance with all company rules, policies, and guidelines.
- Ensure the safety and security of associates and inventory.
- Coordinate with other departments on processes and procedures.
- Monitor associate production standards and partner with Supervisor to ensure SOPs are followed.
- Perform all functions same as a fulfillment associate.
- Meet or exceed company standards on attendance, punctuality, conduct, safety, and security.
- May be required to complete other duties as assigned.
- 1‑2 years of direct experience in a distribution or fulfillment operations environment.
- Experience motivating and leading a team.
- Self‑motivated with a high sense of urgency, resourceful, and adaptable.
- Proven project implementations with demonstrated process improvement.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential for effective communication.
