At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Problem Solver / Resolution / Cycle Counter to work with a leading logistics company in Avon. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting smooth warehouse operations through proactive problem-solving and precise record-keeping.

• Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm

• 18.50 USD hourly

• Prior experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Proficiency with computers and systems, such as Excel or warehouse management systems, to track and investigate issues.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment where attention to detail and accuracy are critical.
• Availability to work the scheduled shifts in Avon, including potential overtime as needed.

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, and missing products.
• Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile variances.
• Document issues and resolutions accurately within warehouse management systems.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to identify root causes of inventory issues.
• Assist with audits and physical inventory processes.
