Position: Bookkeeper / Office Manager

GK’s Custom Polishing, Inc. is the premier company specializing in world‑class commercial and residential hard surface care and maintenance and premium detailing services in Cleveland, OH. We also offer climate‑controlled storage and transportation for automobiles, boats, jet skis, motorcycles, RVs. Our highly trained technicians are experts in all areas of hard surface care and detailing. We service all of Ohio and the surrounding states.

Requirements

for Position:
  • Being a team player
  • 1 year experience in:
    Quick Books (Online is used currently), Microsoft Office, Excel & Word
  • College degree (Associate Degree required)
  • 2 years in an office setting / customer service
  • 1 year in management (preferred)
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Bookkeeping
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Customer service centric
  • 1 year experience in performing payroll

Job Description:
  • Everything related to preparing and processing payroll every 2 weeks. Program used: QB Payroll.
  • Quick Books Online: managing sales, invoicing, expenses, payments, A/R, payments, reconciling accounts, etc.
  • Hiring:
    All aspects of hiring for GK’s, other than onboarding. GK’s is continuing to grow and new employees are needed to fill these roles.
  • Managing financials for several commercial and residential real estate properties.
  • File monthly government reports: CAT tax, sales tax, use tax and BWC.
Salary:
  • $60,000 - $70,000 (depends on experience), plus all benefits.
Paid Time Off

GK’s Custom Polishing, Inc. will provide 10 workdays’ worth of paid PTO during the 1st year at GK’s. This amount increases after the 1st year.

Hours:
  • Normal weekly schedule:
    Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch.
