We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to champion a strategic segment of our Physical Security portfolio, specifically focusing on Pelco, HALO, and Alta.

Job Summary

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be the strategic architect of the sales ecosystem for one of our premier security brands. You won't just manage a territory; you will be driving the end-to-end strategy—driving partner enablement, accelerating adoption, and scaling revenue growth. You will act as the vital link between Jenne’s internal teams, our reseller partners, and Motorola Solutions to deliver project‑winning outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Principal Liaison:
    Serve as the authoritative point of contact between Jenne’s internal sales force and the Motorola (Pelco, HALO, and Alta) vendor teams.
  • Growth Strategy:
    Participate in designing and executing a comprehensive growth plan, ensuring alignment between vendor roadmaps and Jenne’s value‑added distribution model.
  • Program Innovation:
    Lead the creation of tailored vendor programs, incentives, and specialized training initiatives designed to give our partners a competitive edge.
  • Strategic Forecasting:
    Partner with leadership and product management to provide high‑visibility pipeline analysis and opportunity management.
  • Demo Excellence:
    Oversee and optimize seed/demo programs, ensuring partners have the hands‑on resources needed to close complex deals.
  • Partner Recruitment:
    Proactively identify, onboard, and empower new resellers through a high‑touch engagement model, including outbound calls, social selling, and onsite visits.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Stay ahead of product roadmaps and competitive landscapes to position our solutions effectively against market trends.
  • Marketing

    Collaboration:

    Co‑author strategic marketing plans and campaigns with Jenne and Motorola marketing teams to generate high‑quality leads.
  • Executive Presence:
    Articulate the combined Jenne / Motorola value proposition to C‑suite contacts via video collaboration and onsite presentations.
  • Insights & Reporting:
    Deliver data‑driven insights on partner KPIs and market obstacles during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and leadership briefings.
  • Industry Representation:
    Act as a brand ambassador at key trade shows, regional summits, and partner events.
Qualifications & Competencies
  • Autonomous Execution:
    Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and solve complex problems with minimal oversight.
  • Vertical Expertise:
    Familiarity with key markets such as Education, Government, Healthcare, and ITS.
  • Results‑Oriented: A track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Communication:
    Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical hardware capabilities into business value.
