About Us
Family Health Services (FHS) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing affordable, high-quality primary care, dental, and behavioral health services to everyone in our community—regardless of their ability to pay.
Our team is growing in Sandusky and Norwalk, Ohio
, and we’re looking for a Family Practice Physician who’s passionate about community health, teamwork, and patient-centered care.
The Family Practice Physician will contribute to a collaborative clinical environment, providing direct patient care and supporting efforts to enhance quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes across FHS.

Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to provider and support staff
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
- Lead quality improvement efforts and ensure clinical excellence
- Collaborate with leadership on new projects and care initiatives
- Support recruitment, development, and retention of clinical staff
- Participate in continuing education and maintain board certification

QualificationsRequired:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Eligible for medical licensure in Ohio
Preferred:
- 5+ years of clinical or administrative experience
- Experience in community health or FQHC setting
