As a Preschool Teacher, you will bring our exclusive Balanced Learning® approach to life through engaging lessons, hands‑on activities, purposeful play, and nurturing relationships. You'll help children develop the academic, social, emotional, and problem‑solving skills they need to become confident learners and caring citizens.

What You’ll Do- Create engaging, hands‑on learning experiences that support literacy, mathematics, science, creative arts, and social‑emotional development
- Foster curiosity, independence, and a love of learning through purposeful play and teacher‑guided instruction
- Support children’s cognitive, physical, social, and emotional growth
- Utilize Primrose Friends and character development lessons to teach important life skills such as kindness, responsibility, teamwork, and perseverance
- Observe, assess, and document student progress and developmental milestones
- Build strong partnerships with families through ongoing communication
- Maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom environment
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership team members to create exceptional learning experiences

- Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Previous experience working with preschool‑age children preferred
Must meet all state requirements for classroom teaching positions - Ability to maintain required state in‑service training
- CPR and First Aid Certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day
- Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and participate in classroom activities
