RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
Leads development and improvement of complex manufacturing processes while providing technical leadership within the engineering team. Drives improvement initiatives, supports advanced automation and process optimization efforts, and mentors junior engineers.
Key Deliverables of the Position- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of manufacturing, automation, industrial engineering, or related experience.
- Experience supporting or troubleshooting industrial robots or PLC-controlled equipment.
- Demonstrated initiative in identifying and resolving manufacturing, equipment, or process issues with minimal supervision.
- Industrial robot programming experience (ABB, FANUC, or similar platforms).
- Allen-Bradley PLC and/or HMI troubleshooting experience.
- Experience commissioning, modifying, or optimizing automated manufacturing equipment.
- Advanced manufacturing process design
- Automation and robotics integration
- Cross-functional engineering collaboration
- Project management and technical leadership
- Manufacturing system design and implementation
- Engineering data analysis and performance improvement
- Proficient Computer
Skills:
Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point - Excellent Communication Skills – both verbal and written
