- Serve as a hands-on, floor-driven manufacturing engineer focused on continuous improvement
- Drive enhancements to equipment, processes, and tooling within a non-union weld/fabrication environment
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production and quality issues
- Design tooling and fixtures utilizing Solid Works or equivalent CAD software
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering required; candidates with 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree will also be considered
- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Demonstrated experience in weld and fabrication environments working with metal products
- Proficiency in Solid Works preferred; openness to candidates experienced with other CAD platforms
