• Create a warm and welcoming environment for members and visitors.
• Process payments and maintain balanced cash drawer and receipting according to procedures.
• Inform supervisor and co-workers of any dilemmas, concerns, and updates.
• Data entry and record maintenance for new members, renewals, program participants and guests.
• Maintenance of all member resource information at front desk.
• Keep front desk and lobby area neat, clean and professional.

• At least 16 years of age.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and engaging personality.
• Organized and able to follow directions.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in diverse situations successfully.
• Computer and keyboarding experience.
• Superior communication skills and phone etiquette.
