- Assist all residents/clients with high quality personal care, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.
- Encourage residents to be at meals in the dining room, escort, transport if necessary.
- Complete and document shift assignments as assigned; if unable to complete, report to nursing supervisor.
- Communicate to residents, families, Department Heads and the Director of Resident Services when needed.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- One (1) year experience working as a STNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred.

PTO that starts day one, usable after 90 days of employment-FT only.
Floating Holiday- FT only after 6 months of employment.
Earn approximately 3 weeks of PTO/year up through 5 years after that it goes up-FT only.
5% 401K Match; 1st 3% at 100%; other 2% at 50%—All Staff; must be 21 years or older to enroll.
All team members must complete pre-employment screenings which include: Physical, fingerprinting, background check, drug screening and TB testing.
