Aboutthe Role
As a Direct Support Professional at Right at Home Cleveland West, you will be responsible for providing a range of services, including:
- Companion care: engaging with clients through conversations, games, and activities to promote socialization and emotional well‑being
- Light housekeeping: maintaining a safe and clean living environment for our clients
- Meal prep: assisting with meal planning, preparation, and cleanup to support clients' dietary needs
- Personal care services: providing assistance with bathing, dressing, and other daily living activities
- Provide personalized care and support to clients in their home settings
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other care providers
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Manage client medication schedules and provide medication reminders
- Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
