Boost Home Healthcare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide physician-prescribed physical therapy in patients' homes across the Northeast Ohio region. You will help restore function, minimize disability, and support overall recovery under clinical supervision.
Ideal candidates have an accredited PTA program graduation, current state licensure, and experience in home health. Travel and a valid driver’s license required;
Lorain County residents preferred.
