On-Call Caregiver (30 Hour Guarantee)
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated On-Call Caregiver to join our team at Right at Home Cleveland West in Avon, Ohio. As an On-Call Caregiver, you will provide in-home care and assistance to seniors and vulnerable adults in their own homes, while also supporting our clients' independence and well-being. Provide in-home care and assistance to clients, including companion care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care services such as bathing and dressing.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other caregivers.
Assess and record client needs and progress, and communicate effectively with the care team and client families.
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices in caregiving.
