Assist the Dining Room Manager with planning, organizing, directing and coordinating dining room activities;
Supervise seating of residents and guests, staffing, scheduling, and training of dining room staff;
Records meal counts, reservations and additional charges; assists with POS system operations;
Cross-trains with dietary aides and supports food/beverage service as needed;
