Operations Manager
Logi Sync is hiring a Technical Project Manager to help us manage and deliver embedded systems engineering projects for industrial, automation, IoT, and hardware customers. This is a hands‑on project management role for someone who can bring structure, urgency, and accountability to complex technical work. The most important part of this role is making sure client projects are completed on time and on budget.
The right person will be highly organized, technically fluent, and comfortable managing multiple projects, engineers, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders at once.
- Own project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, risks, and action items across multiple active client projects
- Keep engineering projects moving from kickoff through requirements, development, testing, client review, and delivery
- Track scope, budget burn, hours, blockers, and delivery risks
- Communicate clearly with clients on progress, tradeoffs, changes, risks, and next steps
- Run organized internal and external project meetings with clear owners and follow‑through
- Align engineers, leadership, clients, and vendors around priorities and deadlines
- Maintain strong project documentation, including requirements, decisions, status updates, risks, and change requests
- Identify issues early and drive resolution before they become major delivery problems
- 3–7 years of project management experience in a technical environment
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time
- Prior exposure to embedded systems, firmware, hardware, electronics, industrial automation, IoT, robotics, controls, or similar technical work
- Proven ability to help deliver technical projects on time and on budget
- Strong client communication skills, including the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
- Excellent organization, documentation, and follow-up habits
- Ability to translate technical updates into clear project status for clients and leadership
- Comfort operating in a fast‑moving environment where process is still being built
You do not need to be the deepest technical expert in the room, but you do need to be technically credible, extremely organized, and relentless about execution. We are looking for someone who can rally the team, create clarity, manage details, communicate well, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
