Summit Valley Services in Amherst is looking for two evening office cleaners to join our team. Our ideal candidates are attentive, motivated, and reliable. Each position takes place at 2 locations, both within close proximity to each other, in Avon, OH.

Position Hours (Schedule

A):
Monday: 4:30 - 7:00 pm
Tuesday: 5 - 7:00 pm
Thursday: 5 - 7:00 pm
Friday: 4:30 - 7:00 pm

Position Hours (Schedule

B):
Monday: 5 - 7:00 pm
Wednesday: 5 - 7:00 pm, 7:30 - 9:30 pm
Friday: 5 - 7:00 pm

• Performs general cleaning and sanitizing tasks and services throughout assigned property.
• Uses a cleaning cart to transport cleaning supplies.
• Cleans and disinfects bathrooms, including toilets.
• Cleans and disinfects kitchen areas.
• Wipes and dusts surfaces in rooms and cleans mirrors.
• Vacuums and cleans floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes.
• Mopping of hard surface flooring.
• Stocks towels, washcloths, and hand towels and soaps in bathrooms.
• Picks up and empties trash containers.
• In commercial property, notifies maintenance if something is not working properly.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of residents, tenants, and/or guests.
• Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously.
• Must have regular and reliable attendance.
• Must have a valid driver license.

Education sufficient to read, write, and speak as needed for the job.

• Prolonged periods standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at times.

Part-time

$14.00 - $15.00 per hour

One position is 9 hours, the other is 8 hours

Monday thru Friday, and Monday, Wednesday, & Friday
