We are seeking a reliable and experienced 2nd shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery. This position involves a comprehensive maintenance program that covers electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and will be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, to ensure the optimal operation of our industrial equipment.

• Performing regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults in machinery and equipment.
• Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Conducting thorough inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Documenting and maintaining records of all maintenance and repair work done, including the tracking of spare parts and components used.
• Collaborating with other team members and departments to optimize operations and improve overall productivity.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle complex machinery issues.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and explain job tasks effectively.
• High degree of mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on the 2nd shift schedule and be on‑call for emergencies or breakdowns.
