Lorain County Metro Parks is seeking a Greenhouse Manager to oversee operations at Miller Nature Preserve’s Conservatory. This full-time role involves planning and coordinating plant care programs, supervising staff and volunteers, and managing greenhouse climate controls. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of plant health and public engagement.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in horticulture or greenhouse management, along with supervisory experience and excellent customer service skills. This position requires a valid Ohio driver’s license and the ability to work flexible hours.
