Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Project Manager who develops and executes project plans for multiple simultaneous projects such as customer production programs, Lean event completion plans, and at times plays “fixer” to troubled programs. The role must lead cross‑functional teams without direct report authority, and is ultimately responsible for all aspects surrounding a given project including communication, team accountability, schedule attainment, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and more.

As a “Lead” Project Manager, the individual also manages the project management team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (day‑to‑day)

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, milestones, resource requirements, budget, and metrics.
  • Simultaneously manage typically five or more projects of varying size, type, and complexity, including customer production programs (involving both in‑house production processes and outside processes), Lean event completion plans, and other strategic initiatives, which often span multiple of CDI’s four local sites, and at times involve other Re:

    Build entities elsewhere in the USA.
  • Coordinate efforts with Re:

    Build’s Program Management Office (PMO), where applicable.
  • Implement and maintain project governance structures appropriate to project scale and complexity.
  • Lead cross‑functional project teams and coordinate activities across departments, driving accountability without direct report authority.
