We are looking for a Project Manager who develops and executes project plans for multiple simultaneous projects such as customer production programs, Lean event completion plans, and at times playing “fixer” to some troubled program. The role must lead cross‑functional teams without direct report authority, and is ultimately responsible for all aspects surrounding a given project including communication, team accountability, schedule attainment, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and more.

As a “Lead” Project Manager, also manage the project management team.

This role develops and executes project plans for multiple simultaneous projects such as customer production programs, Lean event completion plans, and at times playing “fixer” to some troubled program. The role must lead cross‑functional teams without direct report authority, and is ultimately responsible for all aspects surrounding a given project including communication, team accountability, schedule attainment, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and more.

As a “Lead” Project Manager, also manage the project management team.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, milestones, resource requirements, budget, and metrics.
• Simultaneously manage typically 5 or more projects of varying size, type, and complexity, including customer production programs (involving both inhouse production processes, and outside processes), Lean event completion plans, and other strategic initiatives, which often span multiple of CDI’s 4 local sites, and at times involve other Re:

• Coordinate efforts with Re:
  
  Build’s Program Management Office (PMO), where applicable.
• Implement and maintain project governance structures appropriate to project scale and complexity.
