With deep expertise in engineering, operations, and technology, our platform spans build-to-print manufacturing and by-the-hour engineering/design, expanding into sophisticated program development, production, and proprietary products. We provide product and systems design, automation, fabrication, assembly, and high-volume contract manufacturing across aerospace, defense, mobility, healthcare, pharma, biotech, clean tech, chemicals, energy, lifestyle, food production, and industrial equipment.
- Run Wire EDM equipment to produce precision parts and tooling.
- Execute Bridgeport milling operations and operate WEDM machinery with confidence.
- Set up materials for CNC milling; support first-part qualifications on 3 & 5-axis routers.
- Read customer drawings and hold tight tolerances to AS9100 quality expectations.
- Use metrology instruments properly to validate features and dimensions.
- Carry out small production runs; troubleshoot to maintain throughput and quality.
- Operate production equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment; follow safety procedures.
- Participate in Lean initiatives and assist with additional production operations as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate’s degree or STEM-equivalent experience preferred. - Experience with Wire EDM;
Bridgeport milling familiarity preferred. - Computer literacy; CAM software exposure is beneficial.
- Detail orientation, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for quality work.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and meet production deadlines.
- Language ability to read, write, and understand English.
2nd Shift
Hours:
3:00pm-1:30am (Monday thru Thursday, four 10hr shifts)
