Chalfant Manufacturing seeks a Production Supervisor to independently lead all production activities on an assigned shift in our cable tray manufacturing operation. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement while coaching staff and ensuring standard work is followed.
You will coordinate with engineering, maintenance, planning, and quality teams to meet daily targets, manage schedules, and develop KPIs.
