We are looking for a Secondary Operator. This is a general labor position actively engaged in performing deburring, drilling, tapping, threading, or other secondary operations as required.

• Rapidly, precisely, safely, and accurately perform deburring, flat sanding, removing micro joints, or other secondary operations as required.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine required secondary operations.
• Maintain proper tools and replace as needed to meet specifications.
• Record operational or production data.
• Load and unload items from both mobile and stationary carts, crates and palettes.
• Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Remove products or work pieces from secondary work environment to the next operation.

• Education and/or
  
  Experience:
  
  High School Diploma, GED or the equivalent is required.
• Language
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to understand and communicate basic English as defined by English equivalent to satisfactory grammar school level (6th grade English) in order to accurately comprehend and express legally required communications.
• Mathematical
  
  Skills:
  
  Basic counting and math skills.
• Other Skills / Abilities: Be able to work well under the pressure of production deadlines, work cooperatively with others and be dependable & timely in one's work; ability to follow directions correctly and efficiently perform tasks and a willingness to work with a team.
• Physical Demands: The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; near vision – the ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
