Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Read and interpret product formulas and batch sheets accurately to ensure correct mixing and batching of ingredients;
Set up, operate, and monitor mixing kettles and multiple pieces of production equipment throughout the shift;
Use PLC touchscreens to control kettle operations as needed;
Verify and monitor Critical Control Points to maintain food safety standards during production;
Perform sanitation duties, including operating Clean-In-Place systems to clean and sanitize equipment
