We need an ambitious Assembly Operator who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will help us deliver flawless assemblies to our world‑class products.

• Install and assemble screw thread inserts, rivets, screws, bolts, and other components.
• Maintain inventory of components, hardware, and other necessary department items.
• Coordinate assembly area and maintain assembly equipment.
• Communicate with Management, Foreman, Operators, Quality, and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve quality issues.
• Complete all reports and associated paperwork legibly.

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated inspection competence.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Mechanical and technical capacity.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player with integrity and dedication to safety.
