Picture this: you arrive at our Re:

Build Cutting Dynamics facility in Avon Lake, Ohio, power up your workstation, and get right to the core of aerospace assembly. Your morning might begin installing precision hardware—screw thread inserts, rivets, screws, and bolts—onto components that will ultimately fly. Between builds, you’ll keep your area organized, maintain equipment, and make sure the right parts and hardware are on hand. Throughout the day you’ll coordinate with Management, the Foreman, Operators, Quality, and fellow shop teammates to align on priorities and quickly resolve any quality concerns.

Before you clock out, you’ll wrap up by completing clear, legible reports and associated paperwork.

What

You’ll Work On
  • Install and assemble hardware: screw thread inserts, rivets, screws, bolts, and subcomponents.
  • Track and replenish inventory for components, hardware, and other department supplies.
  • Keep the assembly area organized and ensure assembly equipment is properly maintained.
  • Partner with Management, Foreman, Operators, Quality, and shop personnel to align assignments and address quality issues.
  • Complete all required paperwork and reports clearly and accurately.
What You’ll Bring
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proven inspection capability and attention to detail.
  • Solid basic math skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude paired with technical capability.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
