Safely and accurately operate all equipment associated with production processes, using prescribed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).;
Identify, stage, and procure raw materials according to published formulas.;
Maintain accurate production records, including pounds used, lot numbers, and waste or spillage reporting.;
Independently produce batches from approved formulations, including weighing, mixing, extruder charging, pelletizing, and completing master-batch processes.;
Set up production processes, deliver samples to Quality Control, and adjust processes per QC feedback.
