Build Manufacturing—where we’ve delivered aerospace‑grade components and kitting solutions for over three decades. If you’re energized by multi‑axis machining and quality at the micron level, this role is for you.
What you’ll do Perform full setups on 3-, 4-, and 5‑axis CNC mills or CNC lathes for aerospace and related work.
Confirm machine readiness; safely run vertical and horizontal machining centers post‑setup.
Execute both production and non‑production jobs with a focus on repeatability and takt.
Inspect to Process Routing Documents; record results to verify conformance.
Partner with supervisors and Quality to troubleshoot machining or dimensional issues.
Complete production reports and all required documentation.
Conduct daily equipment maintenance; keep your work area clean and organized.
Perform manual deburring to meet finish and safety standards.
Comply with QMS procedures, work instructions, and safety practices.
Protect company, customer, and supplier property at all times.
Schedule options1st
Shift: 6:00am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday2nd
Shift: 4:00pm–4:30am, Monday–Thursday Do you have the background?2–5 years of CNC experience, including 1+ year of hands‑on setup.
High school diploma or GED.Blueprint fluency; skilled with calipers, height gauges, and micrometers.
Strong with drilling, milling, and tapping operations.
Experience across vertical and horizontal platforms.
Demonstrated inspection competence; solid basic math.
Mechanical aptitude and technical capability.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
