Shift: 2 nd Shift - Starting at 3:30 pm (regular weekly overtime)

We are a growing metal stamping manufacturer looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team. We currently have openings for Press Operators, Machine Operators, and Material Handlers
. Manufacturing experience is helpful. We are willing to train motivated candidates who have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to learn.

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

• Operate metal stamping presses safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials and parts
• Perform quality inspections of stamped components
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment
• Monitor machine performance and product quality
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Record production information accurately
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
• Load and unload trucks as needed
• Supply materials to production areas
• Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (training available)

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn and be trained
• Good attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Team-oriented attitude

• Manufacturing or industrial experience
• Experience operating production equipment
• Basic mechanical aptitude
