Responsibilities- Execute precise deburring, sanding, and micro-joint removal to ensure components meet exact technical specifications.
- Interpret complex blueprints and work orders to determine the necessary finishing requirements for each project.
- Maintain and optimize tooling to ensure consistent production quality and operational efficiency.
- Document production data accurately to support inventory tracking and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage the movement of materials and work pieces between stations to maintain a seamless production flow.
- Perform rigorous quality inspections to verify that all finished goods align with strict industry standards.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and counting.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding technical documentation and safety instructions in English.
- Physical capability to regularly lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds.
- Strong near-vision acuity for inspecting fine details on work pieces.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven track record of meeting production deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
- Strong collaborative mindset with a focus on team-based problem solving.
- Reliability and a commitment to maintaining a safe, organized workspace.
