About This Role

Join Cleveland Clinic Avon Hospital as a PRN RN in Surgery, providing care to both ambulatory patients and inpatients in a flexible role that allows you to scrub and circulate within the OR.

• Pay: $41.00/hour

  PRN, Day/Evening/Night/Weekend shifts

• Provide nursing care in an operative setting for patients undergoing surgical or invasive procedures.
• Perform scrub functions including selection and handling of instruments and supplies.
• Perform circulating functions including monitoring and communicating patient condition.
• Manage overall nursing care of patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Prepare the OR, surgical instruments, and equipment for use.

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program)

• Internal applicants: 1 year of recent related clinical experience
• External applicants: 2 years of recent related clinical experience

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
