Full‑Time | Certified Nursing Assistant (STNA)

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (72 hours per two‑week pay period). Includes every other weekend and holiday.

• Provide direct, hands‑on care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Accurately monitor and document vital signs and resident care activities.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety standards at all times.
• Respond promptly to resident needs while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Contribute to a positive, culture‑driven community with strong staff‑to‑resident ratios.

• Current State‑tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification or Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing with the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry.
• Previous experience working as an STNA or CNA in a long‑term care or senior living setting.
• Ability to comply with all federal, state, and local health regulations, including required post‑offer screenings (drug screening, criminal background check, and reference screening).
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and accurately complete assigned tasks.
• Demonstrated good judgment, integrity, and respect for others.
• Awareness of and sensitivity to residents’ individual needs, interests, and abilities.
• Strong commitment to compassionate, resident‑centered customer service.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.).
