• Provide direct, hands‑on care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Accurately monitor and document vital signs and resident care activities
• Follow infection control protocols and safety standards at all times
