Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN Rehabilitation

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Shift: Nights (36 hours per week, 12‑hour shift 6:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.)

As an LPN, you will provide patient‑centered care under RN supervision, supporting treatments, assessments, and individualized care plans that help patients move toward healing and stability.

• Provide safe, compassionate bedside care under RN supervision.
• Administer medications accurately while following safety protocols.
• Support assessments, reassessments, and care plan updates based on patient needs.
• Use effective pain management, patient education, and rehabilitation interventions.
• Promote patient safety through timely documentation and quality‑focused care.

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• IV Certification highly preferred or must be obtained within 6 months.
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
