In this hands‑on non‑certified Nurse Aide role, you’ll support individuals with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, and comfort, while closely following care plans and maintaining accurate documentation. You’ll play a vital role in promoting a safe and healthy environment by adhering to infection control and safety standards, all while treating residents with dignity, respect, and kindness.

• Provide hands‑on care to residents in accordance with approved care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility, personal care, and comfort measures
• Monitor and record vital signs and other required documentation accurately and timely
• Follow infection control standards and safety protocols at all times
• Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect
• Collaborate with nurses and care team members to ensure quality, person‑centered care
• Contribute to a positive, culture‑driven community with strong staff‑to‑resident ratios

• Must meet all federal, state, and local health regulations
• Ability to pass required post‑offer screenings, including drug screening, criminal background check, and reference screening
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and accurately complete assigned tasks
• Demonstrated good judgment, integrity, and respect for others
• Awareness of and sensitivity to resident needs, interests, and abilities
• Strong commitment to compassionate, resident‑centered customer service
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.)

• Previous caregiving experience in senior living, long‑term care, or a healthcare setting
